Ive bought 2 fones in recent months online from CEX. Much to my disappointment first fone was sold as 02 enabled, even tho it was o2 enabled it was in fact locked to UK 02 and wouldnt let me download irish apps, returned this to shop in limerick and speedy refund issued. Again this week bought another fone was listed as tescomobile fone, but alas again same problem, its locked to a foreign company. surely CEX when you sell fones in Ireland online you can at lease ensure they work with irish apps etc otherwise whats the point in selling fones to customers only for them to have to return them, seems illogical
CEX are easy to order from and always professional when I visit a store. I recently had a fault with a camera I bought from them and it was addressed promptly. While they didn’t have a similar model in stock they did offer a refund once I produced my order details.
