Poor service.Agents requested banking details and to record bank log in when I requested a refund for orders that have never been fulfilled.Roshan the agent in question has been advised this a breach of my consumer rights.I still await a refund and I now seek compensation for a breach of my consumer rights and a request for banking information by a representative of your company.
