Review Time
I placed my order on November 1st, and today is November 10th — nothing has arrived yet. I only received one email saying that if I don’t get my order within 14 days, I should contact you. There is no tracking number, no updates, no way to know where my order is. This is very disappointing service. Let’s see how this situation will develop and whether I will actually receive my order.
Order arrived in good time. Unfortunately the cartridge was in poor condition, clear surface damage, and then it wouldn't load when I put it in the console. Really disappointing given that the cartridges should be checked before shipping.

Up front with stock availability and locations.One issue...Four products received; 3 in shipping grade packaging, 1 product was shipped in manufacturer's box only, not in shipping grade packaging. Arrived ok, but risky as product was identified on the packaging etc.Would Cex handle vintage electronics?
Ordered 2 items, said they were available. Heard nothing for 7 days. Had to nudge customer care. They then sent out one item which was fine but the other item simply did not exist in their inventory. This was a waste of my time and tied up my funds on my card.
