Staff couldn’t be more ignorant

Staff couldn’t be more ignorant, it was quarter to six granted, but you’re open until 6 pm I shouldn’t be made feel like I’m imposing on them at that time when I want to pick up a purchase. I’d like to say this is not a regular thing but as long as I’ve been going to vex the staff have been brutal

Helpful and stress free resolution of issues!

I have never had issues with items from CeX until now. Considering they are 2nd hand products, its always a potential risk. It was dealt with efficiently and effectively, with staff being very supportive and helpful. Couldn't ask for more!

Totally unreliable service.

After first ordering a modem which said in stock online, was told a week later tgat they didn’t actually have one. So I ordered a more expensive model. The one that came was locked, not the same as the one in the photo and came with one of the antennae screws broken. On top of that had to pay for postage to return it. Terrible service.

I have tried to buy an RX 6400 graphics…

I have tried to buy an RX 6400 graphics card 3 times and still haven't received it. The first time they sent me the wrong item, I think it was an RX 640, so I returned it. The second time they sent me the same RX 640 I had already returned so I returned it again. The third time I received an email saying my order has been cancelled because they cannot source the item, even though I bought it as soon as I received the notification email to say the item was back in stock. It feels like they make no effort to make good on existing orders as one of the times I complained about receiving the wrong item, they had another one in stock and allowed it to be sold before making good on my purchase.

Great store and even better online experience!

I’ve always found the staff in-store to be friendly and super helpful, no matter which location I visit. The online service is even better—especially convenient since I don’t live near a store. I’ll definitely be using regularly for all my retro gaming and tech needs. Highly recommended!

UEFA Euro 2004

UEFA Euro 2004 on the PS2 was a mixed experience, praised for its official licenses, authentic atmosphere, and solid gameplay, but criticized for performance issues like frame rate drops and slow saving. It was considered a good soccer game for the era, with impressive visuals, detailed stadiums, and enjoyable modes, but it lagged behind the PC and Xbox versions due to its inferior graphics and lack of online multiplayer.
