Went in about a faulty controller, within minutes it was resolved and the staff are absolutely superb! Two ladies couldn't have been politer, more welcoming, or helpful! I will state this was Athlone and my second time dealing with one lady in particular and for the back and forth banter and her remembering my initial request that couldn't be resolved some months ago, says alot about the customer service up their! Cannot recommend this store enough!
