I received my order on time and everything was working fine, but the brush came with a lot of hair on it, which was disappointing. It looked like it wasn’t even cleaned before being resold. That’s my only criticism, otherwise the process was smooth.
My experience with this company has always been extremely valuable as most of the games I have are from this company. However I feel where the company could do better is when they say a game is in stock online wait until there is a few in stock before allowing customers to buy said item as this lead me to buying an item that said was in stock then the item when I ordered was cancelled because I bought the only one that was there.
I like how CeX products are cheaper. I like that the classics such as Mario Kart and the first Mario Bros game and the Xbox 360 "E" can still be bought. In store customer service is great and the woman in the Tallaght store was really nice and helpful towards me when I last went it. I like the filters on the website. I like that delivery is quick and stuff is easy to order.
The item I ordered took a week to get here and it was the wrong item.I've had so many issues with this place, I didn't even bother complaining.. Nothing seems to change. Last time an item I wanted was missing a major accessory that I had to source and pay extra for. Total nightmare.
