I had a good experience shopping with CEX. It’s my first time and I expected it to be a what I ordered vs what I got situation. But even though I got a grade B phone it still looked like it was new. Their customer service is quite alright too.
Great quality of game products, fast service and fast shipping.Only downside is some games may have the stickers on game boxes that have the cex logo which are sometimes a hassle peeling off the case, especially for older games if you want to collect.

The delivery was fine. But I ordered a grade B iPod classic in black. The one I got had the glass cracked on the front and all the back of it is scratched to bits and around the edges are dinted. For a grade B I was expecting a lot more than one that looked like it was found in the bin. If I could send pictures in this I would. I still have the sticker on the back of it.
