My tracking number was entered incorrectly which resulted in me not being able to track it, my postman putting the parcel into my recycling bin with no communication of doing so and as you can imagine - being thrown out. The reason I’m still giving 3 stars is because the customer service in CEX is being very helpful in trying to sort this issue out. Other than that, I’m sure it would’ve been an easy and simply process. Edit: The issue was resolved
Got a PS3 with a controller and the PS3 seems okay, it's a little loud so far. The controllers R1 buttons don’t work and it arrived filthy. It also came with the incorrect power cable, I was given the same cable Issued from Sky for their Satellite Boxes - I know this because it has SKY plastered on it. I’ll be looking to speak with someone when I have time. For nearly €200, you’d expect to have at least the stock cables. The controller not working is obviously infuriating.
