Products is working which is great but it was very dirty! UPDATE: customer service reached out when they saw my review and dealt with the issue well and promptly. I was happy they reached out and rectified the issues and I’d have no hesitation shopping here again or recommending to others.
I was notified of 2 DVDs in stock. I ordered them and a few days later the order was cancelled as they did not have the DVDs in stock. I again received notification that the 2 DVDs were back in stock, ordered them again and, again, the order was cancelled several days later as the products were not in stock. And as soon as I got that email I have checked the CEX website and, again, the products are showing as in stock.
