Review Time
I don't think there was a single Online purchase I've made that didn't go wrong. Wrong item sent, incomplete item or missing bits. The only reason for 2 stars is that I received a response from the support team in a reasonable time frame. But still had to take a journey to either a post office or a CEX store!
I was on the lookout for a Google Nest Hub and went on to CeX website to view any available options. . . I ordered the first one listed online. . . Got refunded within 24 hours as it was out of stock, I ordered a 2nd one listed in the Waterford Store. . . I got sent a Google Nest mini. Went to my local Wilton store for a refund. I ordered a 3rd one listed in the Dundalk Store. . . I again got sent a Google Nest mini. Went to my local Wilton store for a refund. . .
This was my second time buying a game from here, I’m always surprised by how well the games work, I have had no hardware/software issues with them, they’re really well tested and taken care of before being sold to customers. The prices are also good and they’re not as expensive as they would be on other websites, especially for rare/old or limited stock games. Click and collect is always quick and I’ve never had issues with picking up my items, they always have them ready within an hour. I would really recommend this shop for getting games that aren’t as available anymore.
