You were saved my your store team in Newbridge. They always come and help me with a mess created by your staff in warehouse or other store that preps my online order. Check better products you purchase from people, especially software.
One of the items I ordered, wasn’t in stock so took a week to be informed of this and a further week to get refunded. The Game of thrones set I got was damaged and in no way worth €25. No slip case just the case with 4 DVDs in it and it was battered. Disappointed.
I ordered several Blu-rays all were good quality and working perfectly. Items for delivery arrived quickly and others for in store collection was next day. My only complaint is that there's a delivery fee per item as opposed to the whole order but the items still worked out quite cheap so I didn't mind, but something id keep in mind going forward.
