The product arrived beautifully packaged and way ahead of due delivery, however the product was missing all accessories and was covered in a dark sticky substance which once cleaned off, was confirmed as tobacco residue. The product was described as perfect condition but not in original packaging, which wasn't the case. It smelled so bad I had to leave it in the shed.
