Had trouble with an iPhone

Had trouble with an iPhone 13 I bought, returned it and bought another one. The original had a problem with snap chat so i returned it and opted to order one online. Not only was I given the wrong phone, but it's so filthy the holes on the bottom are full with grime and there's grime on the sides that weren't cleaned. I would honestly recommend either buying in person or not buying at all. The picking process took over 24 hours, just to be sent the wrong phone! It's a pity I have to give them any stars at all. Absolutely disgraceful.

DVD was manky dirty

DVD was absolutely filthy dirty, a cursory glance would tell you this should have been wiped clean before sending out to a customer. Surely they are checked when bought in no?!

I checked item which is for a gift in…

I checked item which is for a gift in shop. Item was boxed and looked well. I ordered online as there is 2 weeks to return instead of 2 days. Item arrived in post without box. Very disappointed. Not good to give as a gift.
