I ordered a tablet for €50 and received a €335 iPhone instead. I immediately contacted customer service to rectify the issue. Mohsin was in no way helpful or understanding. I am being held to ransom until I return the iPhone and even then I have to fill a form for product replacement,I explained the item is for my severely disabled child and is immediately needed and it was their mistake and not mine. I was told as only one is now in stock I should reorder,so I am now €100 out of pocket. I should have been compensated with a refund and the item sent for free given my honesty. The customer service has been terrible, I have spent a fortune over the years on cex,I will never purchase again. I do not recommend the company as aftercare is appalling.

My favorite shop. I love collecting old games and movies/TV shows helps me stay of the internet. Only negative is when I get an email for PSP accessories back in stock they always go missing and i get a refund and if I order a ps2 game I might get the platinum edition instead of the original. Love the shops. Glad your around. Thanks
Purchased an Apple Watch strap via click and collect. The website shows blank for the size of straps, for the ones I checked. So I presumed they were one size fits all. I didn’t ask and wasn’t asked to confirm the size when I collected. Got home and saw S/M on the box. Strap didn’t fit. Had to go back and return it. I appreciate that it was partly my fault for not checking when I collected but the website should show the size under the details section.
