Review Time
I've heard of iheartraves for a long time but never ordered before. My roommates get stuff from them all the time and they had an outfit release that I absolutely fell in love with in July of 2024. It was on sale so I ordered it. When it arrived, I noticed some of the fabric seemed to be cut. Like it wasn't a hemmed edge or the even the edge of the piece of clothing. There was just a cut in part of the top. I asked to exchange the item and then things got a little complicated. I sent the item back, expecting a new one to be sent. They told me the item is no longer in stock, but they can give me store credit. Again, this was my first and only time ordering because I fell in love with a specific outfit. I asked if they could just give me back the one I returned then, even though I returned it due to damage. They said they weren't able to but I have store credit, and can keep an eye out for if the item restocks, which they couldn't guarantee or give me a timeline of. I fought to just get a refund. They finally said okay. Recently (Jan 2025) I noticed the item was available again and reached out, asking if I placed an order, could my original discount be honored? They said okay and I've now reordered the item, and have received my refund to match what I originally paid. Ardie was the most recent person to help me and was great and very quick to do the price match for me. So this took 7 months and hopefully nothing is wrong with the item this time 🤞🏻
Hot Hot Hot! I'm so stoked with the fit and cute cut of the crop tops and shorts that got. True to size and really flattering (which can be hard to get in rave / festival clothes)! I needed some more info and their customer support person Joan was very helpful and responsive. Will defo be getting more from here!!!!
The address I had on file was old, and my package was sent to the wrong place. After reaching out to customer service, Ardie was able to resolve the issue immediately! I was offered multiple options and I was able to get the help I needed! Another reason I'll always be apart of the iheartraves family!
