Great Karaoke machine. It “punches above its weight” in terms of sound too! A lot of volume in this little machine. Customer service is extremely responsive. Kudos to them.If this company keeps at it, they probably can corner the niche market for these machines. Just keep innovating, keep up with customer service as you are now.One thing to add - create a portal where people can buy additional microphones, additional connecting speakers, power outlets, etc. that would be great to have customers continue to build out their system when they aren’t ready to commit to a new one.
I have a variety of top brand speaker at home big and small and love to listen music and sing karaoke with it. I love to sing karaoke during my spare time and I spent money buying high quality microphones and speakers even subscribed to karafun. One day I saw this Ikarao Shell S1 karaoke machine on YouTube and curious about it and decided to buy and try it. I was so Amazed to hear the sound coming from this little machine. The sound is Crisp clear and Bass is solid deep like coming from a built in Subwoofer. Total all in one package with lots of options and features. However, the built in recording app were not able to record my singing performance maybe some software glitch there. I contacted the technical support and respond quickly. They are super friendly and always giving me a constant update of ongoing investigation regarding the issue and gave me an assurance of return or replacement if needed.I know and understand that any new products will encounter some minor glitch like this even the top brand name like Bose, JBL etc..There must always be a room for improvement to be a better products.I am happy with their customer service and would highly recommend this product.
Got the Break X2 recently. This karaoke machine is amazing all in one and super high quality. Love the self charging mics and the powerful speakers. The mics are very nice quality but you sort of have to sing directly to it, the sides don't pick up your voice that well. I like that it has lots of options for playing karaoke songs such as Youtube, Karafun, or local files. I mainly just use Youtube but the pre-loaded Youtube app is just a pointer/hyperlink to the website using Firefox browser so the interaction with it is not optimal and slow at times. I would give this a 5 star if Ikarao have a native Youtube app instead. I did find a way to use Youtube in a much more user friendly way by bluetooth connecting my Break X2 to my TV. I can now use Roku's YouTube app to play/select songs using using a remote and voice command to search up songs. Much better song picking experience using it this way.It will be awesome if Ikarao can update Youtube pointer to an actual app in the near future.
We have not received our Karaoke machine yet! We were supposed to receive it before Christmas, I contacted Ikarao and they emailed back to say we now will receive it on the 29th of December…still waiting on tracking and it is the 27th of December! This is very frustrating 😔
I have just purchased the Ikarao x2. I have to say I’m very pleased with my purchase. The sound is amazing and the machine is well built with lots of different options available. It’s very easy to set up via the hdmi to the tv too which enhances the experience even more on the big screen. Overall a quality machine which I am looking forward to using with friends and family.
