My experience with this company was disappointing. Despite ordering items on different dates, they shipped everything on the same day to US customers. This resulted in me being charged a significant duty fee, even though my purchases should have been duty-free. Additionally, I found the customer service to be rude and unaccommodating, showing little consideration for the customer's perspective. Furthermore, I discovered that requesting refunds incurred high costs. My advice to others would be to limit purchases to one item per month and avoid returning anything to mitigate potential issues. Proceed with caution when dealing with this company.
Terrible website, I paid 35-euro for delivery. They then added import tax, VAT and handling fee making this a much more expensive purchase than expected. In total it would've cost £150 for delivery - which is not made clear on their website. Customer service are rude and unhelpful. Would never order again from here.

They sent a wrong item and I had to pay import duties approx.210 EUR. I asked them to create a return label and refund fully including the import duties for the WRONG ITEM. The salesperson said NO refund for duties. According to her, "it is just a mistake" Can’t believe such an excuse can be done to escape from their responsibility. If you consider shopping with them, you have to expect loosing your money to cover ilDUOMO's mistake.The worst experience in shopping luxury items. Horrible.
