OMG! Amazinggggg!!!! I can't recommend this company highly enough. I was so hesitant to place my order after reading these reviews but seriously it has been the most wonderful shopping experience ever. I got confirmation of my order instantly and when I asked about the shipping I got a response within hours. I purchased 2 Etro difussers and 1 candle (made of glass) and the packaging was outstanding. I paid a price I still can't believe (more than 50% off) and got free shipping to AUSTRALIA!!! The order arrived via DHL in less than a week. I'm definitely buying again, no doubt. Thank you so much!!!!
I order Alanui boots! They came in less than 10 days, beautiful no problem here. However the customer service doesn’t exist. After back and forward between Instagram( which isn’t helpful at all) to their emails that no one is responding to the strange number that isn’t ringing ( calling from US) and when finally rings the store person answers and redirects you to emails that aren’t working either I almost gave up. I can now understand why people complain about this. I’m used to the US customer service that is usually excellent, this company approach to a client that spends over 500€ is shocking to me. After my purchase it took them 3 days to ship and send email to you. I can’t even imagine if I had to return the item how bad the communication would be. My advice is to prepare for a good amount of patience, and hope that nothing is wrong with the item, otherwise you might get a nervous breakdown like the rest of the people here. Anyway my boots are amazing I love them. For the company please set up a proper customer service- that is the main key for great business.
Please avoid shopping in this web! I made an order as it was on sale paid for 35£ for shipping to Uk, than I need to return it filled in for return No reply for 2 weeks. I had 14 days to return so I had to pay the postage to Italy and they didn’t accept it their excuse is that We don’t use Ups but Dhl how stupid. Will take my legal action. Avoid is a scam and the worst costumer service ever!
Super slow customer service, waiting for 10 days already to resolve a matter with defective goods return/exchange. I do not recommend! With so many platforms offering online multi-lines stores this one can't stand a chance.Never again.
Bought a shirt from IIduomo.The delivery was averagely fast . Thank you. But the delivery cost 45 euros to Asia ( to Japan ) was extremely high . I used to patronize online vendors from Italy and the average delivery cost was about 22 euros and highest around 35 euros ( DHL or Fedex Express ) and IIduomo also does not offer free delivery over a certain amount spent . Therefore even there is sale going on in Italy, I am tempted to purchase from another vendor who offer the same product but comes with a lower delivery cost or free delivery cost ( over a certain amount ) . Hope IIduomo boutique can look into this issue and could offer a lower delivery cost to the Asia Market if not it will lose its competitiveness .
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They do not even accept returns!! I received my order and they say they have free and easy returns on their website but this is all lies, they do not let you return items!! Worst experience ever
