This was the second time ordering from this website.The first time it took 2 weeks for me to receive the order.This time I received my item in 4 days which was a super fast shipping from Italy to US.I was happy with both my purchases.I cannot comment on customer service cause i did not have to return any of my orders.If you know exactly what you are ordering and have no intention to return it I would definitely reccomend this website.
The prices are good and the product they send are authentic. However, I appear to have multiple issues. 1. When they shipped the items, they do not charge tax/duties. I had to work with DHL to pay the duties and after that it took me several days to get the items I ordered. This is the first experience I have had where the duties are not charged upfront by the merchant. While ultimately, the price paid is the same irrespective of the mode of collecting duty, the price at the time is misleading. 2. I have been try to contact them about a return. Firstly the email widget for the contact us does not work. I then sent them an email several times using my personal email. No response.I paid using PayPal and will call them to dispute.
Il Duomo is another example of forming your own opinion rather than going by majority opinion. I ordered a pair of Rick Owens Grilled (Kiss) Platform Boots from Il Duomo due to the heavy sale on a brand-new season's pair, and my order arrived in about a week. When I contacted customer service via Instagram and email, they were fairly quick in their response (within 24 hours) to my questions.The boots arrived in clearly new condition, with all of the wrapping on the heel and front of the boot and packaged in a way that shows they were not tried on or used by anyone else.I do not plan on returning, so I cannot speak to the issues of returns as others have experienced, but I did have to pay a 5% customs charge, which is far less than that I thought it was going to be, and due to the heaviness of the boots, shipping probably would have cost more anyway, but it was free.Overall, the store is legit (you can Google Map it), the boots are 100% authentic, and they arrived in brand-new condition. I look forward to my next purchase with this store (and will update should anything change from my current standpoint).

In ilduomo.it I found a Prada cap at a great price!Placed an order and was immediately confirmed by email. The order came quickly by one of the best courier services DHL. Then there were several questions to the boutique about the product, to which I received answers from the boutique right away! The ilduomo.it team is fast, efficient and professional! I got my dream product at a great price and in the shortest possible time! Thank you !
Don’t buy from Ilduomo’s website unless you know that item you’re purchasing will be a good fit. Item I bought ran small to size and I had to return it. There’s been NO contact from them whatsoever from the start. Their website says they accept returns but that’s misleading. There’s no customer service. So now I’m out of $375 plus $58 shipping cost. My Item is stuck in Italian customs. This is unacceptable for internet shopping in today’s age. Il Duomo’s cheaper prices came with high risk and I lost this gamble.
