It was my second order with Il Duomo. I love their selection of luxury items and unbeatable prices. My overall experience was great. Shipping was fast and my shoes arrived on time. I couldn’t find a tracking number in my online account, so I had to reach out to customer service (il duomo, after you ship an item, please put a tracking number in customer’s online account). Customer service was very responsive, but you have to use WhatsApp. If you reach out to them by email you’ll be waiting for days. Also, I didn’t have to pay any US customs duties on my item (which is always a plus).
I have sent several emails to customer service and also tried to make contact via the website questionnaire and Facebook, in order to get return documents and a shipping label. No response via any channel in over a week. This is the first time I'm shopping from Il Duomo and I'm really disappointed and concerned with the lack of service and communication. Almost every other online retailer includes return documents with the order. Strange to have a manual process if you don't have the resources to answer customers in a timely manner. Would have been a returning customer if not for this. I see that others have had a similar experience. Pros: Legit products and relatively fast shippingCons: No customer service, impossible to return items and expensive shipping feeIn response to the reply from Il Duomo: My first email was sent in the afternoon on March 27 and I returned four out of the six products from that order. Don't make up false information. Hence, four business days and not sure if I would have gotten your attention if it wasn't for this review on Trustpilot. Just hope my refund will be processed in a timely manner. I'll most likely keep all the products from the second order made on March 27. Again, very happy with the products delivered. Very disappointed with the slow response time and the snarky attitude.

They are VERY slow when you ask for return label and invoice. I finally got a response for the 2nd item I wanted return (after 4 requests and one in Trustpilot). However, that was after I had to send 2nd item (sales invoice was included) in the same box with 1st item's address label and invoice. My question is order no. RDLLCYLOG Alexander McQueen pants (size 42). Did you receive it? Have you refund the money?

Bought an expensive bag from the website as it had the best price at that time ( was saving $100 compared to another online site). Upon placing the order I was asked to pay $140 for import duties and in 3 days ilduomo slashed the price of the same product to 60% ( another $115 slash in price) . I asked if they can price match as I had just placed the order 3 days before. Paid shipping fee as well. I wouldn't buy from here as there are other online sites selling for the best price, no shipping, no import duty too. I really didn't get a good deal
