Despite the negative reviews I've read here. My experience is perfect. The goods arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged. However, did not fit me, I returned the goods and the refund was completely problem-free. Very fast refund. They responded to my emails, not within 10 minutes. But within hours :-). I recommend the store and will definitely buy again.
I have purchased many things from Il duomo and they have all arrived quickly, were authentic and were at amazing prices. Recently, I received a bag that was slightly defective and had to return it. I was nervous about the return due to the bad reviews on here and had never had to return anything to them before but to my surprise, it was an easy process! They sent me a dhl label and I received my funds back in 5 days after they received the return. I will definitely be buying even more from them in the future!
The absolute worst customer service which is none-existent. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered sneakers, their system told me unauthorized, I waited a week for tracking, then realized it didn't go through. Emailed them, but they never responded. I went ahead and purchased another pair of the same shoes since I thought their system declined my transaction and i never got a tracking never like 9 days later.... a week after I notice they charged me again for 2 shoes and then shipped both of them. Although they know for sure their system declined the initial transaction and I CLEARLY SENT AT LEAST 10 EMAILS. I then wanted one of the transactions canceled because i did not need 2 of the same shoe, also did not understand why would they go back and charge me " i think they did it manually" just to make a sale. I have been struggling with these people, nobody responds on email, I spent 20$ to call all the way to italy and the one person who answers the phone keeps telling that is not the number to call AND REFUSES TO RELAY MY MESSAGE TO THE " RIGHT DEPARTMENT" REFUSES TO ANSWER EMAILS. EVEN THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA REFUSES TO HELP. ANYTIME SOMEONE ANSWERS THEY TELL ME TO EMAIL ANOTHER PERSON WHO JUST NEVER ANSWERS. THE SECOND SHOE WAS SENT BACK TO THEM BY DHL " I NEVER GOT IT" AND THEY'VE HAD IT SINCE THE 5TH OF JULY. IT IS THE 20TH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A REFUND AND NOBODY EVEN RESPONDED TO ME. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAD TO LOCK MY CC, AND FILE A FRAUD CLAIM WITH VISA SINCE NOBODY WANTS TO HELP.ORDER NUMBER FYDTRWBYS
I don’t understand why people are complaining about this company ?! I shop a lot and buying so many luxury things from Europe ( because of the cheaper! Way cheaper price duh ). You just have to realize that no matter what EU retail company you are buying from and want to return, you will pay a huge VAT and shipping cost when you send back so you have to make sure what it’s you buying ! My suggestion is just buy something locally first and then return, so you will know for sure what you will get! I had a great experience with this company they shipped super fast ( next day ) and delivered in 2-3 days, unbelievable! Also my bag was wrapped so beautifully and exceeded my expectations. Will buy from them again 100%. Thank you so much!
I thought I am going to do ilduomo some justice. They had the best price I could ever find. It got delivered to me within 4 days from Italy to Taiwan. Product was great too!!For a while I was a bit worried after reading their reviews. They might not be the quickest to respond emails, since they are an offline boutique to begin with. However they did take the time and replied me with the tracking information I asked for. I also found they are selling thru Farfetch, they are definitely legit and selling authentic, great products.If you are sure about what you want, I am sure it’s gonna be a pleasant experience.
