Customer service is also top-notch — they responded to my sizing question quickly and with genuine care.It’s rare to find an online store that nails both style and service — but this one absolutely does.

Absolutely fantastic service! I'm very happy that I found this website and made a purchase. I didn't hear about it before, it appeared in my search results when I was searching for specific shoes. To be sure it was legitimate, I called the Il Duomo stores in Italy and Chamonix. I also spoke with the client service over the phone who helped answering my questions. They also have a WhatsApp number for client service; I contacted them to rectify an information & they did it right away (Thank you Alice!)The product was shipped quickly and delivered to France in 2 business days after the purchase. The product arrived safely. No issues whatsoever.Top notch service, great discounts, and human touch. Will definitely come back.As an advise: would be nice to have either free delivery (delivery is expensive) or promo code (even on discounted products) at least for first time customers.
For years now ilduomo.it been one of the best shopping sites to me. Their recent collection and unbeatable prices, and the service especially from Alice make me always wanna set orders . Thank u all for the assistance in my request for the return.
I placed two orders recently. Because some of the items don't fit and they are still eligible for return, I sent them emails asking to initiate the process of return. There's no response from Il Duomo, so I sent another two emails after two days, still silent.....I decided to use "contact us" form to reach out to them which is available on their website, still silent afterwards..................After no response of five days, finally I decided to give them a call. The lady who took the call asked "can I ask who is calling". After I responded "I am a customer calling regarding return", then they became completely silent. Then I called a couple more times. A lady said "Good afternoon" and I asked "are you customer service?", then they were completely silent again.As you can see, they are close to out of business or the business is just a scam!
I had a great experience with this shop. I ordered one item on monday morning and i received it already on tuesday in germany. While i didnt see the tracking number in "my order", i received an email from dhl express on monday that they have my package and will deliver it tuesday.This must be the fastest i ever received an order from Italy. It’s my second time buying from Ilduomo. Extremely fast delivery service. Goods received in good condition and packaged well. Again, size fits well because I have tested them in my own country to avoid returns. Other feedbacks regarding duty and taxes, it’s clearly stated on their site and these are charges pertaining to the country. Please do factor them in before your purchase. Great discount for mine and still cheaper even after the duty and taxes. Thanks!
