The watch is sleek and stylish and arrives in a really smart box. The features of the watch are really good, it’s a smart phone on your wrist. The tracker is accurate which is fantastic for me, as it gives me peace of mind to an accurate location. The chat function is very handy for quick communication, as is the video calling. We also like the family chat that myself and my husband have set up with our son. Most setting can be made/ changed from the app on your phone.If worn to school, you can set a block where only certain functions can be used between certain hours (this will be very handy)Lift the watch face up to activate the camera. The camera takes a very clear photo which you can save or discard to the watch library. If you swipe down it reverses the camera. You can also send photos and videos through the messenger serviceWould definitely recommend to other parents. Very impressed

I spent a few weeks researching children's smart watches. When I learned about imoo, I asked customer support. The customer support carefully explained to me the functions and usage of imoo watches, which made me finally choose imoo Z1!I was worried at first, but thank God, so far so good for the kids and me! These features are perfect...my son (8 years old) can call me or his dad via audio or video because we both have the imoo app on our phones. We can also send voice messages and little emoticons! You can then add other contacts who can call him, but they must be added to his contacts. Although there's no app, they can't video call him, only make phone calls! The GPS works very well and is very accurate. The watch automatically rejects unknown numbers in the contact list! The watch can then also add friends to send voice messages with friends who have the same imoo, which is great for kids to connect with friends. I'm very happy with the price and functionality!
I am satisfied with this imoo product and that is why I am posting this article.The features I use are the same as described in the sales brochure, simple GPS, chat and phone calls, meets my children's socialising needs with their friends and my safety concerns for them which is great.At first it came in a lovely box and when setting it up I had a few queries about using some of the features, I contacted imoo customer support and got the right answer very quickly, efficient and professional customer support, the customer support told me that he/she works under the code 2725, he/she was great and provided me with customer support that I felt very happy with.It's very easy to use, just buy and activate a matching carrier install and you're ready to use the interconnected internet (I use a Vodafone Ireland SIM).The app was easy to download and pair with the watch.The imooZ1 battery lasts 3-4 days which is very effective.The video is very good and the GPS tracking is accurate.The best smart device watch for kids on the market today and the best service support I have come across on the market.I have already recommended imoo to two of my neighbours.
Had an issue with my sons watch, and not being able to locate him on my app. The agent who assisted me. Sent me messages via whats app through what could possibly be wrong and gave me things to try help resolve the issue. Turns out it had nothing to do with my sons watch but the app on my phone. Thank you for your help. Very good support. And very fast to reply.
