Review Time
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the non-delivery of a watch I ordered from Imoostore. Despite multiple assurances and tracking numbers provided, I have yet to receive my purchase.My order was placed on Purchase . The initial tracking number provided by Imoostore was S02-2342882-3551946. This tracking number indicated that the item was delivered, however, no product was ever received at my address.Following this, when I inquired about the missing item, Imoostore provided a second tracking number, S02-2479922-0297569, claiming they had re-shipped the watch. This second shipment also failed to be delivered. The reason given for non-delivery in this instance was that I supposedly could not be found at the address. This is simply untrue. My full address, along with my phone number, was accurately provided in the order details, and is accessible through the Aircode system. There is no legitimate reason why delivery could not have been completed.I have been in communication with Imoostore regarding these issues, but the problem remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the repeated failures to deliver the product I paid for.I request a full investigation into this matter and immediate resolution, which includes either the prompt delivery of the watch or a full refund. I expect a response and a plan of action within 7 business days from the date of this complaint.Sincerely,Emre
Recently ordered/received two watches for my sons. After a day or two of receiving them, both watches stopped tracking completely and on multiple occasions they started switching themselves off, leaving us unable to contact and keep track of our kids. The whole point! The prompt on screen was that the ‘network connection’ wasn’t functioning. After contacting customer support multiple times, we were basically told that our network (virgin media) could be glitchy and that Vodafone or Three would be the preferred networks for the watches. We have since changed networks, received and input the new SIM cards and the watches are still malfunctioning. For the price we paid we feel completely ripped off. I contacted customer support AGAIN today and have not received ANY communication whatsoever. Will be looking for a full refund as we paid €200 + for a product that does not work. I might as well have gotten them in the pound shop. Absolutely ridiculous. Please avoid!Review edit 25.06.25 - Both watches stopped working completely citing ‘no sim’ detected in either watch. We tried everything from repositioning, to restarting the watches multiple times with no success. After reaching out to the company numerous times my husband eventually got hold of someone who refunded us and we are grateful for that. The incredibly frustrating part was despite multiple attempts to get to the bottom of the issues, trouble shooting & working with them, I was asked to remove my review by the company. I can see from other reviews that I wasn’t the only one. Just not a good look if I’m being honest.
Terrible customer service. This watch barely works in Australia - even on Telstra, the network with the widest coverage. It cannot keep the time. Kept running an hour too fast and then an hour too slow. Had to keep restarting the watch and logging out of the app for it to work. Contacted Customer Service, sent the watch back and now they are completely ignoring my emails. $200 down the drain and one very upset 10 year old. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
