Unable to use a tape measure

Ordered a plinth cover, the one they sent was not even close to the dimensions we gave them. After many emails, they agreed to send another, which was even worse. Different height at the front compared to the back, measurements often 5cm out. Now they are trying to tell me it’s made correctly. Avoid at all costs.

They are not UK based and their customer service, price, grasp of English and quality is shockingly bad. How they still trade is beyond me. Avoid this scam company.

I ordered 2 flags from Imprintnow on 13 October - They were due for delivery on 27 October. I have just received them today (20 October), to my surprise! Great quality at a fantastic price. I can't fault them, maybe I was just lucky?!

If there was a minus 100 star rating I’d click it. Possibly the most appalling con merchants I’ve ever had the misfortune to try and use. Beware- they took my money and spent a month telling me reasons why they then could not deliver what I’d paid them to do - sly, dishonest, inept , deceitful, incompetent and con merchants are the nicer things I’d say about them If you want a good service and want a decent outcome DO NOT use these people. They have no redeeming qualities

Avoid like the plague

As others have said - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Wish I’d checked TrustPilot first. Their so called ‘guaranteed delivery date’ means nothing to them - my items were dispatched late despite chasing and then delivered over a week after the guaranteed delivery date meaning the event for them was missed. When speaking to their support line, they couldn’t help at all. Totally useless and frustrating service - just avoid at all costs.

Deliberately misleading

Deliberately misleading. Soft cover notepad positioned on a page amongst hard cover options but does not confirm in the description is just a paper cover. The delivery arrived with some of the covers bent and damaged.Dismissive response. Cheap product. Why would anyone pay £300 for 50 paper notepads? Then took 3 days to review my feedback and get back to me.

I recently ordered lanyards from…

I recently ordered lanyards from Imprint UK and the quality is terrible the fastenings very weak and the clasp very fragile. I tried to speak to sales to complain and have spent the last 10 days trying to sort this because they are in America not UK they respond at 10pm and just keep passing me from one sales team member another even on live chat with Rayson would not give me an answer to replace with better quality saying production team not responding I am now waiting for Rayan Talion Manager to contact me

They Manufactured the incorrect item

They delivered the incorrect items, effectively didnt read the notes on the order. Then insisted we send them a video of it destroyed before they would replace, even though they knew it was incorrect. So i have to lose my banners and wait for them to replace all because of their mistake. TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE DO NOT USE

All made in China. Not disclosed on their website ANYWHERE. Not fair pricing giving where is made. I had assumed UK made products and paid accordingly. AVOID

Shocking service,

Shocking service,I Ordered 250 maroon pens and they supplied red even having sent a picture of the existing pens. I’ve got they still deny that it’s actually red incredibly poor service and not interested in trying to sort the problem out shame really as they order a lot of aftermarket products I guess the only resolve is to see them in small claims court.
