Great service from the first phone call to final sign off. Kayhan, the fitter and his assistants were courteous and, (I work from home), didn't cause a fuss. The scrap man also took the remnants of my greenhouse along with the old boiler. Recommended!
I applied through Improveasy for help under the Eco4 Flex Boiler upgrade scheme. After a short time I was given appointment dates for assessment and survey which were kept. From this I was accepted and quickly had a new boiler and thermostat’s installed.The heating engineer has done an excellent installation and explained the working of the boiler and thermostats. The whole procedure was first class.
We recently had a new boiler installed, a major upgrade from an old back boiler. Workmen got it done in one day really friendly hard working and didn’t leave a mess and still took the time to explain how to use the new boiler before they left.
My panels needed rewiring after a local guy connected them up incorrectly and Improveasy sent a team round the very next morning to fix it. They then also gave me compensation for the time that the panels had not been working on full strength. Very friendly team and always answered my texts promptly, even when on holiday.
