The indrive customer support really ruin my day, I called the support Centre just to explain how disappointed I am with the timing on the app, she was not listening, she just kept talking, very rude. I needed to get a relief about how the timing was not correct but she end up increasing the pain in me.
Their outstation is full of frauds. Driver accepts the request. Then ask for a bit more money. I said ok and be on time next day. In morning driver is saying he is coming. And after making me wait for more than one hour he said we need more money. The driver agency name was "Manroop tour and travels" From mohali, chandigarh. Beware of those people. If driver once accept then they must complete the ride.
If I could give zero star I would be the happiest. Such disgusted with the terrible drivers and the way they drive. This one today crossed all limits. Over speeding on busy roads like jessore road and VIP. Inspite of giving repeated reminders he wont slow down. Literally was about to meet an accident. Car-WB052657Driver- Nasir
Due to network issue double payments for ₹ 420/- was made to driver. InDrive support team is not helping to refund the money in spite of repeated reminders and driver is also not responding. Trip on 7/9/24 driver Kamlesh Yadav M/No.9674068812 Vehicle No. WB051895. This is a very pathetic situation with inDrive.
I’ve only had 3 good experiences with InDrive. The rest were terrible, drivers constantly canceling the ride even if it says they are 1 minute away. This time the driver was supposed to have arrived to me in 3 minutes. 3 minutes somehow converted to 10+ minutes without any response from him I did not know what to do. I contacted support and ordered a Lyft. Suddenly the guy appears. I told him I ordered another ride and I canceled. Horrible experience I’m late for work this may be my last attempt with InDrive.
This is the worst app to use. few days ago, I booked a cab for ₹430, not only he took thousand rupees from me. He also did not drop me on the right location and when I tried contacting the customer care, they actually asked me to wait for days and they told me that they’re trying to contact the driver, they have blocked the driver which will never going to help me, and I don’t even know if the driver is blocked or not, even if he is blocked, how will that help me in any sense because he’s not contacting them they’re not giving me money, they are not, they’re not returning. They just said it is not there area. They are just there to book a cab and the agreement is between the driver and the customer, they are just so basically they cannot help you. If you are in any situation, they will just ask you to wait until the driver himself will contact you which I don’t think he will ever do.
I used to be a big fan of this app, but they have just done the biggest scam of this year, they told us to wait for live broadcast on 24th august, at 5pm. But they started a fake / scammy broadcast at 9, they announced random IDs , indrive has nothing to do with IDs and customers don't have any IDs. Then, i asked their support, and support girl, Name Aqsa, she said she doesn't know anything about these announcement,i shared screenshots as well, she said she didn't have any idea. #fraud #scam
