As a driver I have to give this company one star. First let me tell you that when I pick up a passenger and the person is not at the location and after I put it in the application that the passenger did not show up, the program does not pay for it. I have already sent numerous messages to Indrive and they only say 24 to 48 hours and it has been more than a week and still they do not pay me for any trip that the passenger does not show up. I am going to file this complaint with another department that will take care of this fraudulent company.

Pathetic service by the DriverThe app showed Rs. 375 and driver started lying and arguing for additional Rs. 100 charged Rs. 475 stating that Rs. 100 for toll which he nvr paid in Bandra Worli sea link (there is no toll now at Bandra worli sea link) when I asked him to produce the bill he said he didn't took and started arguing unfortunately i had to pay the money as I was with my senior citizen mom. Gpay nos. shows is name as Dushyant Raj , his cell nos. 6375915937 ( app showed Driver details as Sandeep Kumar MH03CH3787)I request the indrive team to look into and reimburse the addition amount charged by Driver ..I can produce the gpay details.Indrive team - If this way your driver will loot the customer, your company cannot progress. Pls look into it.
I’ve used InDrive lots of times, and one recurring issue I’ve noticed is that many drivers refuse to turn on the AC, even in extremely hot weather. Despite requesting it, the usual response is either “It’s not working” or complete disregard for the request.Riding in a stuffy car, especially in heavy traffic, makes the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. If AC is not part of the service, it should be clearly stated so passengers know what to expect. Otherwise, drivers should be required to use it when customers ask.I hope InDrive addresses this issue, as it significantly affects the quality of the ride.
Extremely disappointed with this service. We were canceled 3 times waiting at probably the most visible landmark in the city. We waited a total of 1hr and 25 minutes. No one came. Our destination was 11 minutes away from our pickup point. Don't even think about using this unreliable service at night. Pay a little more and use the tradition yello cab. They are prompt, reliable and plentiful.
Crazy dangerous, last time I got a car and he was aggressive wanted to hit someone, the second time from KLIA to Bukit Bintang all the way he did harassment I called them, emailed them gave them all the details, I even had the voices but no one came back to me, so irresponsible because in app there is no emergency option which they really respond to you
