Review Time
My partner ordered an item from this website, receiving only a confirmation email. The delivery time stated two weeks, but as of now, we have not received any updates or the item itself. We have emailed the service multiple times with no replies. After reading numerous negative reviews about the lack of communication and undelivered items, I am extremely dissatisfied with this service.
DO NOT PURCHASE AS THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CONTACT NUMBER FOR SUPPORT. I ordered a ring for £1100 and have received no updates on its arrival, nor have I received responses to my numerous emails. I placed the order on October 7th, with an expected delivery in two weeks. It is now October 25th, and I have no updates, nor has the ring arrived. If I received any response, I would reconsider my review, but until then, it remains unchanged.
I contacted Elize to ask for her assistance in finding a wedding band that would fit with my engagement ring. Elize kindly sent me a CAD but did not specify which ring was featured in this. I chased repeatedly for clarification but no response was received. I took a risk in ordering my wedding ring because I absolutely loved my engagement ring but the 2 weeks has exceeded, I haven’t received any shipping information and I have emailed repeatedly for an update and have even contacted them on Instagram with no response. Incredibly disappointed and am concerned that I will be significantly out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
I placed an order for a silver diamond pair of stud earrings I paid for next day delivery…. I received the earrings 10 days after I placed the order While I was waiting for the order I contacted customer service twice to find out what was happening the company have not responded to any of my enquiries. This is a poor service!
Ordered an engagement ring at the beginning of Oct 25 and was stated it was a 2 week delivery time frame its now way past that time. My partner works abroad so timing the important question is taking some planning but now the opportunity is going to pass by because of this company.I have sent a number of emails asking for an update just to be ignored. I have also requested a refund but again ignored.After reading other reviews i fear i am now left without a ring and my money stolen im now seeking legal action to try and recover some of it.Please dont buy anything from these people.
Ordered a ring on 4th Oct and expected delivery within 2 weeks as per the website and order confirmation email. It’s been over 3 weeks now and I’ve still not received the order. I’ve emailed the company, more than once, and received no response. I am perfectly happy to wait, however would appreciate an ETA and acknowledgment of my emails. Unfortunately, having read other recent reviews, it’s seems that many others are having the same experience
