Tried it out and decided to cancel after 1 week... there is no place to cancel and they make you reply to a ticket multiple times, but still didnt cancel, I am still getting billed even after chasing multiple times on a cancellation ticket... no email replies and my ticket keeps getting closed... shocking

I’m genuinely trying to understand what this company offers resellers that cannot be done independently. Based on my experience, the process has been unnecessarily complicated and has not resulted in a working product.Over the course of three weeks, the requirements kept changing. What initially seemed straightforward turned into additional steps like selecting packages and configuring technical components that were not clearly explained. Despite following instructions, we still do not have a remotely functional product.I specifically asked support to stop sending tutorials and instead provide direct assistance toward getting a working setup. However, I continued receiving links to more tutorials, which did not resolve the issue.The live chat support was also frustrating. When I repeatedly asked how to delete and close the account, I was told they could not assist directly. When I asked why the process was so unclear, the chat ended without resolution. It appears that closing the account requires submitting a separate support ticket, which feels unnecessarily complicated.Overall, this has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience. I was hoping for a straightforward setup and clear support, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Responses to tickets are prompt and helpful. There seems to be some flexibility within the company so that common sense can be used as opposed to a constrained, drawn-out process. Its refreshing, companies often miss simple solutions and frustrate their customers due to red tape. Really happy with the level of service even when issues arise as they often do in any tech industry.
Been with these guys for just over a year! Not had any issues until tonight! Website went down and I panicked! Made contact through chat support and everything was resolved within 5 minutes IMPRESSED! They have been so reassuring in support. Always answered my questions within a quick time!
Total disaster buying a domain and hosting from here have 2 sites with them neither is working,, I bought 1 domain 10th Feb and tried to get wordpress working on it and customer service are struggling to reset the site.On top of this I have another site fully functioning and working and now since they are trying to fix the first domain issue this has impacted this working site.The clients for both this sites are angry and I can not understand why both sites would be down when I said there was an issue with one of them.I would strongly suggest to think twice bringing clients here for hosting as this looks so unprofessional from my side and makes me look stupid.
