I didn't get an email confirmation …

I didn't get an email confirmation after the purchase. As I am an overseas customer this is kind of scary initially. Also, I was not able to change the currency freely. I was using Safari browser, but somehow after the purchase, I was not able to see my purchase details. Have to use Chrome to trace. The website is simple but lack of clicking option at the same time.

Service is great

Service is great, friendly and quick responses. Im a little disappointed my 12 yr old watch did not fall under warranty as it was a gift and I don’t have the invoice. I still bought more watches and probably will get others as they are beautiful timepieces. Thanks. Frank
