I've used London Road a couple of times now and they never disappoint. Everything from the websites layout to the final delivery is professional. The jewelry is consistently high quality and the descriptions on the site are very accurate no filters making the stones look different than they actually are.
The watch has an attractive appearance, but the watch face has sharp edges and the metal watch band also has cheap, sharp edges with a poor finish. However, the watch is easy to navigate and quite impressive in that regard. The packaging was not as shown in the advertisement. I hope this helps—this is an honest review.
Although the item ordered was not as expected, the customer service representative was prompt and helpful. I received a partial refund and was able to keep the item due to the cost of return postage, even though I have no use for it so I will donate it to charity.
