Review Time
I was nervous starting on the sublimination journey, but ink experts made it so easy to set up.From the inks to the ICC files it did nt take long and the videos helped perfectly.I took some notes of my own but I always do that.Excellent job !
The transfers were delivered in time, however the quality wasn't the greatest. When removing the backing off most the transfers half the image or certain parts of the image would remain on the transfer sheet and the rest would be stuck to the release sheet, this meant i had many transfers which couldn't be used & ended up being a waste of money & time. Also many of the items which needed printing were damaged due to the poor quality of the transfer. Some were okay but overall i was massively unhappy with what was received. I also noticed that on some of the transfers the colour appeared to be faded & look different to the artwork, however other transfers with the same design seemed to appear more vibrant.Overall the UV transfers weren't the best & id probably not use this supplier for this specific transfer moving forward.
Ordered on 8th December with 3-5 day delivery (It doesn't say working day). Had an e-mail next day saying 'Order Complete'. 6 days later I was still waiting. Fortunately, Ink experts responded to my first review and complaint message and have arranged to send me replacements by FedEx.Now, that is what I call good service. However, I shouldn't have had to complain in the first place, so one star off, I'm afraid, but I do applaud & recommend their service and response when things go wrong. For this reason I have changed my review to reflect this.
