I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience with Ink Experts because their customer service genuinely stands out.From the start they’ve been nothing but helpful, responsive, and patient. I had issues with a sublimation printer that turned out to be a bit temperamental and rather than brushing me off they worked with me through every possible solution, even when things became frustrating. I’ve since found a temporary workaround but their support never wavered.What really impressed me was how honest and understanding they were throughout. It’s rare to feel like you’re genuinely being looked after these days but I’ve developed real trust in Ink Experts because of how they handled my situation. They’ve taken the time to listen, offer advice, and even explore options that might suit me better in the long run, like their DTF setup.If you’re looking for a company that doesn’t just sell you equipment and disappear but actually supports you as you grow and troubleshoot, I can’t recommend Ink Experts highly enough.Thanks again to the whole team, especially Alex, for going above and beyond.
I bought the ET-1810 printer bundle as I'm just a newbie. It came next day and set up was relatively easy. I had an issue half way through set up but these guys were very quick to respond and helped me solve the issue. I have asked a few questions after set up about printing and ICC profiles as I was a little confused. These guys gave me the answers I was looking for in plain English, no technical jargon, so I could understand. I was not made to feel stupid or that my questions were silly. They gave me the confidence to know that I can get in touch anytime and ask as many questions or ask for advice. These guys truly are the best and their customer service is outstanding. I will not go anywhere else for my sublimation needs.
I contacted Ink Experts asking quite a few questions, some questions would not be answered by dome companies as I wanted the raw truth. Not only did I get the answers I wanted it was true and honest and the reply was quick and efficient. This also couples with the fact that I ended up purchasing goods and will most certainly spend more in the future remaining a very happy customer.
