Every time I contact the InkExperts they respond very quickly even though I am out of warranty they still offer the help. I had not used my printer for a bit and the print head became blocked. The guys asked for loads of pictures diagnosed the issue immediately and I was able to purchase their refresh fluid and after following the advise managed to unblock and the printer is back to working again, couldn't thank them enough.

This was my first time using this company and I went in hard and bought a heat press which is brilliant I'm over the moon with it.
