Review Time
Just received my second DTF sheet from Ink Experts. Ordering to finished shirts in under 24hrs, thanks to the exceptional customer service from Alex. I can't praise Ink Experts enough in this respect. But what about the DTF prints themselves? The instructions to create artwork are comprehensive and clear, as are the pressing instructions. They are spot on colourwise. This second batch matched the first exactly as well, so there is consistency. No imperfections or quality issues that I can see. They press beautifully and easily, and look amazing. I am so impressed, and so happy with the results. I will be ordering more, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I purchased sublimation ink, paper and an ICC profile. I am useless at IT and did not know were to start with ICC profile. I sent an email asking for help, within the hour I was exchanging emails and with the amazing help from Alex, I was all set up and printing. Quality is stunning. Thank you so much for your expert help.
Having been a Sawgrass user for many years, but unhappy with their recent software changes and inconsistent colours, I decided to look for an alternate sublimation solution.I've known about InkExperts and bought a Epson ET-18100 setup which from the outset produced better colours and tonal range.Support has been good (had a hardware issue but this was quickly resolved) and we are now enjoying better results, reduced running costs and are likely to purchase a second unit in the not too distant future.
Fantastic service - I have both a swing press and a tumbler press from them now and both are great. Plus with buying accessories etc every order has been incredibly quick. When I have needed some help to match colours or had enquiries before I've ordered products, they have always been extremely speedy to reply & very helpful. Absolute bonus that their machines come in hot pink! Thank you so much.
My Whole Ink Journey has been looked after by Alex at Ink Experts from initial advice pre purchase to help when i couldn’t get it right! And help with setting up the correct software to achieve the perfect results. These guys go above and beyond and have excellent customer service i certainly wont go anywhere else a now and would highly recommend then to anyone thinking about starting a sublimation journey or even changing it as i did. I bought a sublimation package from these guys, thinking it was going to be easy to start sublimating, with no prior experience. Needless to say I ran into a few issues (all my own fault). I tried everything I could from YouTube vids and suggestions from Facebook groups etc. Nothing worked.So I reached out the the Ink Experts team for some help and boy they are the experts.The team took the time to go through my setup and explained what I had mistakenly done, gave me the correct procedure and made a suggestion on the mug press I was using, stating that could be an issue because I can't adjust the pressure or heat. So I took that advice and bought a dedicated mug press. and after wasting loads of mugs and wasting time I can now finally successfully print and press my designs all because of the outstanding help and customer from the INK EXPERTS. I am impressed with the complete service I have received from start to finish and I will be back for more products in the future.
