Most helpful staff and my problem was dealt with promptly. However I ordered the correct cartridges but the ones sent were not right although they were the correct ones for the model, but of a different design.I think they should be aware of this.I have returned them with a promise of a full discount.Very good but I have had to pay return postage which I think should not be my liability given the circumstances.Rob lister19.01.26
