My experience was favorable

After reading about customers struggling to unsubscribe, I revisited the website and indeed didn’t see any indication about the subscription, which made me uneasy. I agreed to pay, but not being able to control how long I want the service is not a good feeling. I messaged customer support regarding the lack of information about subscription and how to unsubscribe, noting their low rating because of this. After about an hour, I received a response with instructions on how to unsubscribe and a link, making it a simple process. I appreciated their promptness and efficiency.

Questionable offer/Stay away!

I signed up for the recordings a month ago for around $15. I added a single download track the same day for $17. Yesterday, I was charged $34.99 for what seems to be a monthly subscription. This was not clarified during sign-up, and I couldn’t find a way to cancel it on the website. You must contact support as you have no access to your payment or account details, except to request deletion, which doesn’t clarify if it stops the billing. I have requested a refund as this feels like a business lacking integrity in supporting spiritual and mental health. Very disappointed...

Cancelled my subscription due to poor performance

I cancelled my subscription because it didn’t work at all. I followed their process to email them and contacted an agent, yet I was still charged 14 days later. Terrible service and definitely gives off scam vibes.
