Review Time
I subscribed to InnerFlo’s 1-month trial for 15 USD, curious to test their binaural beats. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I realized their website had no clear information on how to stop the subscription or what the pricing was beyond the trial. After contacting customer service, I received a quick reply with a cancellation link. During the cancellation process, I was offered a 3-month free extension, which I accepted in good faith — assuming it was genuinely free — likely an incentive to keep customers from leaving.Instead, 75USD was immediately reserved on my bank account, and on the same day, I was also charged 35USD for a monthly fee — all without any notification or pricing details beforehand. I contacted customer support again, but I only received automated responses and no resolution or refund.I have now contacted my bank to dispute the charges.I truly regret subscribing and hope this review helps others be cautious.
Just a scam site, nothing else just some unusable sounds for your money. Cancellation is a pain, no direct link to the subscription page, and they ask you a hundred time not to cancel, but pay more... very upsetting.Absolutely not recommended!!Cancellation page, for those want to cancel:innerflo.me!manage-subscription
I opted for a 3 month plan, which was 33.75 USD. One month into the subscription, I was checking my bank account for something else, when I noticed I was charged 15.75 the first month and then again 34.99 the following month, with no email warning about any renewal. The plan and subscription is nowhere to be found on the account, for anyone to be able to check on their own. The first payment was processed 2 days after the purchase, and I had not payed attention to the amount charged the first time. If I had any intention to renew after the first month, why would I not have chosen the 3 month plan, that is cheaper than the per-month after the first month?! Plus, the fact that the promotional price is only for the first month is written in fine print, which I did not check since to my knowledge I had opted for the 3-month plan.As others mentioned, there is no option to unsubscribe on the site. I had support reply with cancellation, and explanations as to why I was charged, but sincerely it feels like a scam designed for people not paying enough attention.
After the trial period expired, I was charged 35$, without any announcement that this is about to happen. The cancelation is almost impossible to do. The contact form from the site is not working, the cancellation link from their terms and conditions page also doesn't work. I sent an email to the adress and I was told that my subscription was cancelled, but I don't trust them so I resolved the issue at my local bank.
