I had the same problem as many others here. I signed up for a month for $1. One week into my trial I was charged 34.99. No where on the app is there any place to contact them or cancel the app. Total scam. The app didn't work for me either. So how after your trial could you even cancel it. No where online is there a customer service phone number. I had to dispute it with my bank. DON'T SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
No Tried their product for a $6.29 trial on Sept 5 and emailed to cancel on Sept 11. They still charged me $34.99 with no clear billing period. There’s no manage subscription option anywhere, making it almost impossible to cancel. Feels like their whole model is to trap people into renewals.Total scam. I’ll be disputing with my bank. Stay away.
Most sounds are 7 or 8 Hz and most headphones are able to produce 20Hz - 20kHz so that means it's not possible to hear sound at that frequency if I understand good.Although you feel some relaxation and benefits of just listening to calming music, I am not happy because they advertise something that is not possible to experience.Other problem is you can not manage your account, you need to write e-mail to them.
Love it! Hope the get an app built for it soon. For now I just listen from webpage on my phone. It’s not scammy! It’s probably just in its early stages of product launch. I got an email confirmation right away with info on how to access the recordings. There are plenty of options to listen to and it definitely helps calm my nervous system down and destress and helps with getting out of wired energy state and wind down for sleep! Much easier to find the right recording than YouTube
Unfortunately, their system isn't actually providing binaural beats. What's supposed to happen is that a different frequency should be played in each ear and the difference in the frequencies create a new "phantom tone/beat inside your brain. It's through the brain creating that beat that it's influenced by the sounds. This app plays the exact same sounds through both earbuds simultaneously and the "beat" is pre-generated in the audio. So, not binaural beats...Now, maybe it's handy for people as a kind of meditation app, but it's definitely not doing what it's claiming to do...I've tried to post a link to an explanation of binaural beats but apparently that's not allowed. If you're interested Google "how do binaural beats work"
A bit late but after transferring money I noticed it’s a scam. I cannot login, no option to reset password no option to cancel the subscription. I emailed interfejs they replied without details. Anyone to help how to cancel subscription.
Simplified for finding the music, terrible for unsubscribing.I made sure to cancel the next payment only three days into a week purchase and they immediately authorised the transaction as soon as the minute turned over. The response time is poor as well.Pay by gift card to stop suspicious companies like this one authorizing deductions.
Edit: I paid for a subscription but unfortunately the response emails ended up in spam. I couldn’t cancel my subscription on the site, however, the site admins assure me it’s cancelled. In my opinion, the site needs a bit of TLC. - fix email sent to spam.- allow users to cancel on the site. - keep true to promise of downloadable raw audio files, if paying extra.
