Edit: I paid for a subscription but unfortunately the response emails ended up in spam. I couldn’t cancel my subscription on the site, however, the site admins assure me it’s cancelled.In my opinion, the site needs a bit of TLC. - fix email sent to spam.- allow users to cancel on the site. - keep true to promise of downloadable raw audio files, if paying extra.
App delivers what is promised but the way to cancel subscription is hidden. It looks they simply want you to forgot you have subscribed. You can cancel subscription only by sending email to their support. The point is you can not do it on website, you need to find your email from them.
I'm not sure about it. There is several tracks with instruction when to use but I haven't received any personalised plan. I signed up for 3 months and not really sure how to use it. I looks very similar to any other meditation apps that has tracks on it. Only signed uo yesterday and used few times so too early to say if it works but comparing to other binarual beat tracks I have heard on youtube, with these tracks I cannot hear any beats in background..
I signed up to Innerflo.me last month and have not received the usual acknowledgements. I have written to support@innerflo on three separate occasions without success. I’m so disappointed as I was looking forward to relaxing to their brainwaves. Next step is contacting my bank to get a refund.
