How to cancel subscription?

I was charged $35 which was not what I signed up for. I have sent 2 emails to try and cancel my subscription, but no reply. Sounds like I need to contact my bank instead.

This is a scam

This is a scam. Some good targeted advertising…. You do not need to pay for this especially a subscription.Just search for free binural beats downloads and you will find many good websites for it that allow you to download tracks for free, then listen on headphones.

Make note of when trial ends if you wish to cancel

Nowhere to cancel when you log in unless you contact customer support. Upcoming charge was a huge surprise and I believe the product is WAY overpriced (especially converted to AU$).

No reminders about renewal

No reminders about renewal, seems they are just out to make as much money as possible.Here's a quote from their terms and conditions;"6. Refund Policy6.1. The Company follows a no refund policy, unless the product is proven to be not as described or faulty."

Be very careful with this website

Be very careful with this website. After one week trial, they charge you directly on you credit card without any warnings and leave you without any possible action of choosing if you want to continue with the service. There is nowhere you could find your billing / plan info to remove your credit card info and the company has a non refund policy.

their webiste seems to be a scam and a trap to get money from people . i subscribed for one week plan foe 1$ and then it appeared immediately on the screen another offer to buy a manual. i clicked on it just to understand what it was about but actually it was a purchase action that i was not aware of. i reacted immediately by email sending them various times communication that i cancel my suscription and that they have to cancel also the order of the manual . no reply received; i advise you not use their service; you find those tunes on you tube for free

Life changing relief

I'd been dealing with a stubborn headache for over a month and nothing seemed to help. Then I tried Innerflo and within two days the pain was gone!! The calming exercises and guided focus sessions really helped me relax and release the tension I didn't even realize I was holding. I'm honestly amazed. This app has become part of my daily routine now!

Attentive customer service

Very candidly speaking, I caution people to research Innerflo somewhat extensively, before committing to a program. I say this, because I did NOT do my research, and my attempts for successful use of the site did not work.I would be able to begin a session, but no matter which one I picked, the session would end halfway through. This was very frustrating and basically, DID NOT HELP ME RELAX. In fact, quite the opposite! However, I did have a very good experience corresponding with Erica. While emailing is not the most immediate way to get a response, I was never ignored and Erica was very consistent with working with me. I cannot confirm if there is a glitch in the programming of the website, or, if the program simply isn't compatible with all devices. Erica tried her best to help me resolve and I really did want to get the program to work, but after two weeks of dissatisfaction, there was no hassle with a refund. Erica responded with a gentle email, I received a confirmation email from innerflo about the cancelation, and a confirmation from PayPal stating my refund was processed. I had no trouble what so ever with customer service. In fact, it's probably the best I've had from a company in quite some time.I would have given 5 stars if the program had been compatible.
