Complete money-making scheme

I initially thought I was signing up for one month (which is what I paid for), but when that ended, I noticed a payment of $34.99 taken from my account. I didn’t authorize this. I requested a refund, but they informed me that I was only entitled to 25% due to their misleading small print. Avoid at all costs; it's a complete scam!

No way to cancel subscription

The website offers what it promises, but there is no way to cancel my subscription. I only signed up for a one-week trial, and after the trial ended, I was charged for an entire month without my consent. Now I cannot get my money back, nor can I cancel my account.

Persistence

I did a trial month of the innerflo app. I did not use it much and deleted my account three days before the trial month’s date, followed by an email. The “customer service” went ahead and charged me $34.99 for the next month, and when I protested, refunded me $8.75. The response to this original posting was bologna. Repeated requests for a full refund have been rebuffed even though my cancellation request and attempts on their app were well before 3 days. After several email back and forth, my money was eventually refunded “as a one time courtesy.”

Hard to cancel

Hard to cancel. Initial cancellation 'didn't go through', despite emailing the support team and using the link I was provided. I was met with a surprise charge of +$50. Terms and conditions when you sign up state no refunds.

I signed up hoping for innovative stress reduction. Instead, I was met with incorrect charges, a bait‑and‑switch trial period despite emails from Innerflo confirming the trial date and price, and evasive, even passive‑aggressive customer service. They refused to admit their mistake and resisted deleting a charge they never should have made in the first place.Sadly, this isn’t just a glitch—it’s a pattern of deceptive practice. Customers shouldn’t have to spend hours disputing phantom charges or chasing accountability. A company that profits from errors and opacity is not trustworthy—it’s exploitative.If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, look elsewhere. What they sell as “peace of mind” is really a labyrinth of frustration and anxiety.Update: Customer service looks to be a passive aggressive bot. What an insult to customers.
