Issues with Wi-Fi connection

I installed two fan coilers with Wi-Fi. I opted for the Wi-Fi feature despite the higher cost to control them remotely. However, the app connection to the fan coil device is highly unreliable, frequently disconnecting, and the only way to restore it is to reset the device from scratch. To do this, I need to be home to touch the buttons on the device. This means that in winter, I have to walk home in the cold, and it takes time to warm up. I escalated the issue to support and received a blunt response stating that the Wi-Fi signal is weak. I later provided a photo of the signal strength and mentioned that many other smart home devices work without issue. They didn’t even bother to respond. My verdict: if you want a simple fan coil, this device is adequate. If you prefer smart home features, look elsewhere.
