Poor customer service experience

Just arrived in The Hague and rented an apartment. Not possible to sign up via website if the start time is less than 14 days. Fair enough, I tried via phone. Two times trying to do that, both times the agents refused to speak in English, they told me someone will call me back. It never happened. No business.

This company is close to a Nigerian Scam. They have horrible customer service and is very dishonest. So happy I moved back to normality with a different place. Everything these people stand for is false!
