I had an absolutely terrible experience…

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this energy provider. Last year, they told me I had to pay extra because my consumption was higher. When I called them, they assured me that they could adjust my monthly payments based on my usage so that I wouldn’t face unexpected charges next year.Well, guess what? It’s next year, my usage is exactly the same, yet my monthly costs still increased. Fine, I accepted that. But now, at the end of the year, I suddenly receive an extra bill of €2,000—completely absurd!That was the final straw, so I decided to leave them. And what do they do? They slap me with yet another ridiculous charge of €600 for the last week of service. This company is nothing but a scam, squeezing out every last cent from their customers.If you’re considering signing up with them, don’t. They manipulate billing, overcharge you, and keep throwing unexpected costs your way. Stay far away!

Definitely avoid this company

Definitely avoid this company. They owe us money as we paid more than we actually used and have not settled with us even if its already 3 months after our contract. We've been calling them almost every day. Random dates are thrown out but never satisfied. No one has any idea how to solve the problem.
