Appalling customer service. This company is an absolute train wreck. I was a customer until October last year and I'm still in the process of wrapping this mess up. They were months too late with the final invoice. It was also missing a cash back. I contacted them about this. Per phone. Per e-mail. Multiple times. I sent them a notarized letter. Nothing. Just crickets in the distance. Meanwhile they were sending me reminders, then threats of collection agencies etc. Months pass and I receive a letter from a collection agency. They want to collect for this circus. I sent Innova one more very detailed letter about the mess they've created and I get a 2 line e-mail back. "We've paid you this cashback (Which wasn't the right amount, or labeled as a cashback), so you need to pay the invoice. Contact the collection agency for paying the invoice.Basically, what Innova is saying is: We don't care about you as a customer at all. We don't care that you've been trying to reach us in multiple ways for months. We don't care that we created a huge confusing mess. You are here for one thing, and one thing only, and that is to pay us money. I'd pay significant amounts of money to not have to deal with any company with customer service this bad again.
been a customer for a year, during my time things went smoothly (when I was paying them money..) but now that I want to see how much they owe me they are not answering, did not get the final notice email yet even though it's been well past 6 weeks an not one is answering me, I will not recommend using their services if that is how they handle their business.
Do not subscribe with Innova Energy!Worst customer service on earth !! Ended up paying my neighbours bills on top of mine for 5 months because of an error from Innova. Customer service manager screaming on the phone f*** you, it’s your own fault you are having a double contract and there is nothing to do about it. UNBELIEVABLE! Zero service in English! Thanks to persistence of my Dutch friend and after getting in touch with ACM received refund after another 5 months. Totally do not recommend!!
