Spent a ton of money and only got sent half my order and for months I have asked for them to send the rest or give me my money back and they refuse to do either and to this day I still have not gotten my money back or the clothes that I paid for. THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT TRUST THEM. they also won't let you return
Sizing is completely wrong, photos on the website is misleading. It's ridiculous I have to pay for the delivery from UK to US, and pay for the customs just to see IF i can get a refund.Also it only offers GIFTCARD REFUND. Who would still want to order from them? Its a SCAM
Items not true to size & horrible returns and exchange policy is so annoying and very difficult. They’re are not at all accommodating and they make you pay extra for everything including customs for the returns which is actually their responsibility. Don’t order from here unless you know that it’s actually going to fit you or look good on you! Not worth trying!
The top part of the dress is so loose that it’s impossible to wear — everything is exposed. If you bend down even slightly, your chest becomes visible. On top of that, a lot of threads are coming out in different areas, the bottom part is far too puffy, and the overall quality is very poor. It doesn’t fit like it looks in the pictures. I bought Chinwendu Sleeveless Ruffle Mini Dress.
This company is very cheap because most orders take 2 months or more, they notify you after you place your order that your order has to be made to order lol. It’s very misleading and why not just have items in stock, clearly they’re broke and can’t handle the demand. 1 star for the Clothes being nice, just gotta wait 2-3 months to receive them.
I placed an order with Innovare Denim and soon after realized there was a problem. Even though the order had not yet been shipped, I contacted them immediately asking for cancellation. They refused and shipped it anyway.The delivery was late and missed the date I needed it for. On top of that, one of the dresses is completely see-through and does not match the photos or description on their website. The quality is far from what they advertise.Instead of offering a proper refund, they only propose gift cards or exchanges, and even expect the customer to cover the return postage. This is very unfair and unprofessional.I cannot recommend this company. Be very careful before ordering.
