The order took very long. I ordered 3 items. One is very nice. One is awful, far too big, and the other one is also far too big. Impossible to return. Prices are very high quality is low. I lost my money. Can’t return it. I think the good review are scam.
The exchange process was incredibly smooth! The item I initially received didn't fit quite right, but the customer service team was exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and prompt. I've now received the perfect size and am very happy with my purchase. A very positive resolution overall!
I bought a dress from this company and the photos were misleading — the model wore sleeves that looked like part of the dress, but the dress arrived sleeveless. I was away on holiday so contacted them as soon as I returned, yet they refused a proper refund and demanded to keep 25% as a “restocking fee.” On top of that, they expected me to pay the return postage and packaging myself.This isn’t about being late, it’s about selling an item not as described. Completely unfair and against consumer rights — I’ll be reporting them to Trading Standards. Shoppers, beware.
Awesome service! Recently took a chance and ordered a dress from this relatively unknown brand (to me) Innovare Denim. I live in the Caribbean and quality is really important to me.The quality of the dress exceeded my expectations! I got so many compliments. I will definitely order again.Shipping did take some time (as I am international) but I was able to track my package during the entire process. I am already preparing my follow up order.
My wife ordered a dress from this company and the dress came in and was not as described. So she reached out to initiate a refund for this dress and they will not honor a refund. They will only provide a gift card for the amount of the purchase. The company doesn't have a true return policy, it is more of a forced exchange policy. Will absolutely never do business with them in the future because they clearly value getting every dollar they can and holding on to it versus any type of customer service/loyalty. Congratulations you sold me a $200 dress and you'll never make another dollar off of me.
