I absolutely love this black dress from Innovaredenim! 💕 The quality is amazing, the fabric feels durable yet comfortable, and the design is so stylish. It fits perfectly and looks even better in person. Definitely one of my favorite pieces – highly recommend! ✨
my review is based entirely on their customer service , because I did not receive my item. I Purchased a dress from this company based on the T&Cs of the website stating it would be shipped between 5-8 working days. on the 8th day , I realised I hadn't received an email stating it had been shipped. so I emailed them to ask what was going on as I needed this item for a trip on the 12th. they fed me some nonsense about how I chose " a very popular item" and that everything is made to measure , and if I wanted it in time , I could pay an extra $45 to get it in time. I told them that this was unacceptable , & I wanted a full refund. and i went straight to my bank because the demand for more money made this company feel like a scam. they emailed me to say they received my charge back , and offered me either 110% gift card, or 70% refund. I told them no to both. they breached the T&CS , and owed me the full amount. this was not up for discussion. they have agreed to refund me in full , but that has not been done as yet, and I will keep you up to date on that .But from my experience, I would not trust this company.
Very very bad!! I ordered 400 dollars with of clothes. They do not have a size chart when ordering. Only small medium large and extra large. Thier large is about a size ten which is not large at all. They will not give me the return address to get the correct size. The clothes have never been worn and still have tags. This is a very poorly ran company with no morals or ethics. Do not buy
